Workplace & Talent Strategy

Our strategy was to capture organization knowledge and evaluate the current culture to develop an organizational strategy for a large department of a Fortune 500 company. Through envisioning sessions, we evaluated possible future talent resources, conducted location/site studies and workplace initiatives, and initiated technology processes and solutions. As a result, we were able to develop a transition plan to integrate the right cross-functional knowledge and partnerships to not only make the department sustainable, but to allow for future change and growth. We determined how to cultivate new leaders to forestall a leadership gap, improve decision making and cost management, and ensure the future sustainability of the department.
