Kim has over 20 years experience representing businesses in Pittsburgh and across the country. She has over 1,000 endorsements on LinkedIn and has worked with over 200 clients. Kim’s creative solutions have resulted in long-term local and national relationships. Kim has experience in over 100 U.S. markets creating strategic solutions, managing national portfolios, facilitating client transactions, developing and implementing workplace strategies, process improvement and change management to achieve specific client goals and objectives. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Predictive Index (PI) Certified and Certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) she has worked on high technology switch/data centers, SCIF locations, build to suits, retail, laboratories, office, land, distribution, manufacturing and industrial portfolios and projects for profit and non-profit organizations.

Kim is a licensed real estate broker of record  in the States of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New York and has represented such firms as American Express Financial Services Group, The New York Times Magazine Group, Fidelity National, Allegheny Technologies, Inc., Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), Wells Fargo, Michael Baker Corporation, MassMutual and Innovation Works, to name a few.

Kim spent 10 years as Managing Principal at Cresa Pittsburgh and prior to that began her career at the Trammell Crow Company. She was the Founding President of Crew Pittsburgh, Satchels of Caring and CoreNet Global Pittsburgh.

Kim is a volunteer with Foundation of Hope and mentors inmates weekly at the Allegheny County Prison. She is also on the Strategic Advisory Board for Renewal, Inc.

Kim enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. She also enjoys serving the community, tennis, platform tennis, hiking, cycling, photography, writing, fly-fishing and golf. This year Kim rode her bike 370 miles from Pittsburgh to Washington D.C. with her 15-year-old daughter.
